All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Orders to destinations within Hong Kong are normally delivered within 7 working days. Orders to destinations within mainland China are normally delivered within 10 working days. All other international orders are normally delivered within 18 working days. In order to avoid disappointment (particularly when gifting an order), please order in advanced of the time-period specified above.
Delivery to Your Door
All orders are shipped straight to your door under our standard courier delivery service. Most orders are delivered using local couriers or SF express (HK and Mainland China). We use DHL for deliveries outside HK/Mainland China and express shipping services. We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box.

Packaging and Gift Wrapping
All online orders are prepared and wrapped by a FULBOQ dedicated team. Our team takes great care in preparing your order and fulfilling your specific requirements. Quality in the preparation of your order is our priority. As an option, you could choose to have your products gift packed in our exclusive gift box. Every year, we choose a new signature gift box in order to create a unique shopping experience to our customers. It is also possible to personalise your order whether it is a gift or not, by adding a personalised message on a card. This is perfect together with a birthday gift or as a greeting card to family members or business partners. There is an extra charge for our packaging and gift wrapping service.
Number of Deliveries
Unless a customer asks for multiple deliveries, items will be delivered in single delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. For online purchase, we will be happy to offer exchanges for the same item on most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of FULBOQ.
Perishable goods (including flowers) may not be returned or exchanged.
In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Health & Beauty products, pierced jewellery, hair accessories (e.g. hats, fascinators) underwear, swimwear or cosmetics unless they are of an unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all the tags intact and with your receipt enclosed.
Costs of Return Postage for Exchange or Returning Goods (Online Purchases)
The costs of return postage and shipping the replacement product are payable by the customer.
We will be responsible for the costs of return postage and shipping a replacement product in situations which have resulted from our error.

Exchanges (Online Purchases)
We can only exchange an item purchased at our online store, for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanges for different items are accepted at the discretion of FULBOQ. Exchange items purchased at our online store can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. FULBOQ will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
Returns Policy (Online Purchases)
In order to better monitor stock levels, refund or exchange items may not be returned without contacting us at email@example.com. Once you get a reply, you can return the parcel, including a copy of the shipment confirmation / invoice you received by email. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and maybe sent back to the customer and / or a refund refused.
We strongly advice all customers to check goods purchased online thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packing. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 14 working days after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, any items deemed to be subject to fair wear-and-tear will not be accepted as faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same products is not available, you are entitled to full refund.
Refunds and Cancellation
We do not offer refunds. We ONLY offer exchanges.

If you haven’t yet submitted an order by completing all steps of the checkout process, you may clear the items in your shopping bag at any time.
VAT and Sales Taxes
The recipient is liable to all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country to release the order from customs clearance on arrival. Please confirm with local authorities for the tax/duties imposed prior to placing an order as we are unable to advise the amount.
